AWAKE THE DAWN WITH MERCY CHINWO "Omenma""
When I think upon the goodness of the lord at the night time as I lay on my bed, I cannot help but marvel at his mercy and faithfulness. Each time he embarrass me with another series of his goodness, it makes me convinced the more that there is no situation he does not know about. Nothing is too great for our God to do. No mountain that he cannot climb; no sea that he cannot divide. Everything that is confusing to man is as clear as crystal before God. He has done so much for me and I can't keep silent.
I don't know if God has ever visited you when you have come to the end of your rope? That time when it seems you have tried every possible option yet no improvement. Have you found yourself in a very difficult situation where it seems you are hemmed in on every side and no way of escape? Did God ever make a way out of that situation for you? God has done all of these for me and even more.
I call him impossibility specialist because he has made my life a place where he showcases his powers. Day by day I marvel at what God is capable of doing. At such moments I can hardly contain my tears. Whenever a new case appears he takes me down memory Lane and assures me of his unfailing love. I keep thinking everyday how else to worship this God that it will be enough. I keep trying to see if there is any new way I can invent to say thank you more appropriately. His proven integrity and faithfulness makes me to bow before his awesome and majestic throne this morning with this song by mercy Chinwo to say THANK YOU SIR, "you have done this; you have done it again" Omekwala nka; one ozo. You have done marvelous things for me beyond my wildest dream and I have come to appreciate you.
Dear friend, can you recount God's powerful dealings upon your life? Can you count your blessings and name them one by one? Then get your dancing shoes and bring out your tambourines let us praise Adonai in the beauty of holiness. For when we praise him for what he has done, he is energised to do even more. "Imekwala nkea; imekwa ozo, onye na-eme mma, daalu".
